Break off a piece. Melt it into your coffee. If it's gritty, if it's harshly bitter, if it isn't what we described — email us at billing@newincanempire.com within 30 days and we'll refund your order.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to us unopened and unused. Please email us at billing@newincanempire.com within 30 days to initiate a return. Once we confirm receipt of the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or melted, tell us and we'll replace it.
