New Incan Empire is committed to delivering your order in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Please review the details below regarding how we handle shipments, tracking, and customer support.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship nationwide within the continental United States.
We do not yet deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or American Samoa.
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekend or holiday processing).
For security reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
On select occasions, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be automatically applied at checkout when available.
3. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Processing time may be extended during product launches, restocks, or promotional periods.
🕓 Please note: “Processing time” refers to the time before your order is shipped. Shipping transit time is separate and depends on your location.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time varies depending on the shipping carrier and destination. You’ll see an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout and in your confirmation email.
5. Pre-Orders
Some limited or pre-release products may have extended delivery windows (up to 10 weeks). These will be clearly marked as Pre-Order Items on the website before checkout.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use that tracking link to monitor your delivery directly with the shipping carrier.
New Incan Empire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears missing, please contact the shipping company directly or email us for further assistance.
7. Delays
We are not responsible for delays due to natural events, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If the courier cannot deliver your order (for example, due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability), the package may be returned to us.
In this case, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
9. Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.
New Incan Empire is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or outdated addresses.
If an incorrect address results in a returned order, we may issue a refund minus delivery costs, or resend the package at your expense.
10. Secure Delivery
We recommend choosing a secure delivery location (such as your home or workplace) where someone can receive the package.
We are not liable for stolen packages once confirmed as delivered.
11. Completion of Delivery
Delivery is considered complete once the courier marks the order as “Delivered”.
Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer at that point.
