Every batch of our salt and cacao is submitted for independent laboratory testing to ensure that it meets international safety and quality standards.
We don’t just test for what’s legally required — we go deeper.
Our goal is to identify and eliminate any potential contaminants that can affect purity, flavor, or health. From heavy metals and pesticides to volcanic mineral traces and microplastics, we want our customers to know exactly what they’re consuming and where it comes from.

Heavy Metal Screening
We test for common heavy metals such as lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury — ensuring that every batch meets the highest safety standards.
Pesticide & Residue Analysis
Our cacao and salt are produced without harmful agricultural chemicals. We verify through laboratory testing to confirm pesticide-free results.
Microplastic & Mineral Purity
Unlike sea salts harvested near industrial zones, our salt comes from high in the Andes — over 10,000 feet above sea level, far from pollution and ocean plastics.
Once testing is complete, results will be made publicly available here.
Customers will be able to view or download the official Laboratory Certificate of Analysis (PDF) for each product — and access them through a QR code printed directly on every package.
